UT involved in dashboard to predict local COVID-19 outbreaks

The University of Twente is part of a national project developing a smart dashboard to predict regional outbreaks of COVID-19 in the Netherlands. The research is led by Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) with UT and TU/e professor Nelly Litvak as the project leader.

Mondkapjesplicht UT, onderwijs gaat door

Op de campus geldt per direct een mondkapjesplicht in de gebouwen. Dat maakte de UT vandaag bekend naar aanleiding van de persconferentie dinsdagavond. Het onderwijs gaat op gelijke voet verder. ‘Maar dit brengt een grote verantwoordelijkheid met zich mee.’

Effective immediately, a face mask is mandatory in all UT buildings. The UT announced this today in response to the press conference that was held on Tuesday evening. Education will continue as before. ‘But, this comes with great responsibilities.’
