Afgelopen maand werden het college van bestuur en de Uraad het niet eens over de nieuwe tekst voor de richtlijn voor de onderwijs- en examenregeling (kortweg: richtlijn OER) voor ons Twentse Onderwijsmodel (TOM). Is dat erg? Ja en Nee, en toch.

Fietspompen, koffiefilterhouders, kurkentrekkers, sokken, rietjes, deurbellen, eierkokers, oordopjes, waslijnen, naalden, fietsbellen, deurmatten… En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. ‘Geef echte EC’s voor een module-onderdeel’

Uraadslid Gert Brinkman (PvdUT) hekelt het Onderwijs- en Examenreglement (OER), waarbij studenten voor module-onderdelen ‘fictieve’ EC’s krijgen. Die vervallen als niet de hele module gehaald wordt. Hij roept het CvB op om aan module-onderdelen concrete EC’s toe te kennen.

Het tweewekelijkse commentaar van U-Today. De sigaret mag niet meer bij de ingangen van de gebouwen en er komt een nieuw rookbeleid. Waar de overheid kiest voor een 'rookvrije generatie', zou de UT als most welcoming university zich moeten uitspreken voor een generatie die zich welkom opstelt, en niet te veel zeurt over een ander.
