‘Mijn streven is originaliteit’

Luuk van Ewijk, ook wel bekend als LUVANE, tekende deze week zijn laatste maandelijkse cartoon voor U-Today. Aan de hand van vijf tekeningen blikt hij terug. ‘Ik probeer in mijn cartoons grappen te maken zonder te stigmatiseren.’

‘My goal is originality’

Luuk van Ewijk, also known as LUVANE, drew his last monthly cartoon for U-Today this week. He looks back through five of his drawings. ‘In my cartoons, I try to joke without stigmatizing.’

Cartoon zet schijnwerpers op cultuurverenigingen

Cultuurkoepel Apollo liet een kunstwerk maken door campuscartoonist Luuk van Ewijk (ook bekend als LUVANE), om de cultuurvereniging meer in de schijnwerpers te zetten. Het werk hangt vanaf deze week in de foyer van de Vrijhof.

Cartoon puts the spotlight on cultural associations

Culture umbrella organisation Apollo had a work of art made by campus cartoonist Luuk van Ewijk (a.k.a. LUVANE), in order to put the cultural association more in the spotlight. From this week on, the work will be on display in the foyer of the Vrijhof.
