The ankle injuries of former professional footballer Marco van Basten, who is the subject of the recently released series BASTA, are at the centre of research by UT and Amsterdam UMC. The researchers are working on new methods to detect ankle damage at an earlier stage.

De Student Union is genoodzaakt om met ingang van het nieuwe collegejaar bezuinigingsmaatregelen te nemen die alle sportverenigingen treffen. Zij worden gekort op hun subsidie. Ook de Unioncard wordt duurder en er gaat minder geld naar de studenttrainers.

Het zijn mooie tijden voor de basketballers van Arriba. De eerste mannenselectie – internationaler dan ooit – draait mee in de landelijke eerste divisie, het derde niveau van Nederland. Shooting guard en UT-student Berk Yilmaz (22) gelooft dat er ondanks het succes nog rek in de selectie zit.

The times are good for Arriba's basketball players. The first men's squad - more international than ever - is competing in the national first division, the third level of the Netherlands. Shooting guard and UT student Berk Yilmaz (22) believes there is still room for improvement in the selection, despite the success.
The eighth edition of the 4TU Career Special is out! This week, twelve thousand copies will land on the doormats of an equal number of alumni from the four technical universities. A special feature of this publication is the COMMIT insert of the Materiel and IT Command of the Ministry of Defence.
