‘Ongebreidelde groei is niet de ambitie van de UT’

Ruim honderd dagen is Vinod Subramaniam nu collegevoorzitter in Twente. Terug op het oude nest. Hij spreekt over coronamoeheid en 2G, ‘de geur’ van de campus en het nieuwe regeerakkoord. ‘Kijk voor de financiering van het onderwijs en onderzoek eens naar onze oosterburen, dat zou ik het nieuwe kabinet adviseren.’

Vinod Subramaniam is de nieuwe voorzitter van het college van bestuur van de UT. Hij volgt per 1 september Victor van der Chijs op, die vorige maand vertrok. Ook de nieuwe vicevoorzitter is bekend: Machteld Roos. Zij volgt vanaf 1 september Mirjam Bult op.
