If you find it extremely difficult to stay focused or even talk to your coworkers, this workshop could be a great opportunity for you. The university´s Burnout relief workshop is taking place next Thursday and Friday, the 23rd and 24th of June 2016. It will be entirely in English and participating is completely free.
The workshop will be held by a work-life coach, a researcher in human resources development and occupational health specialists. It should help you understand and overcome your emotional exhaustion. It will also provide a support system that you can turn to in times of need. You don´t have to worry about anything, all your private information will be kept completely confidential.
