The organisers are calling on all UT students and staff to participate in the 'solidarity walk'. The starting point of the march is at the O&O square and starts at 12.30 pm. 'Let's stand together with our colleagues and lecturers who have been affected by the reorganisation at the Faculty of Applied Sciences', is their message.
Furthermore, the groups involved state: 'At the same time, we recognise that many in higher education are confronted with uncertainty. This is due to ongoing challenges. Across the country, people are therefore speaking out against the increasing pressure and the impact of budget decisions.'
